Why take Mium Lab premenstrual symptoms gummies?

What is PMS?

For women, their periods (which happen each month) often come with unpleasant symptoms like bloating, cramps or feeling down. These discomforts, whether physical or psychological, usually start about a week before a woman gets her period, hence the term premenstrual syndrome (PMS). Some women experience these symptoms until the end of their period.

What are the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome?

Diagnosing premenstrual syndrome and menstrual discomfort in general is based on a set of symptoms of varying intensity that gradually appear and disappear over the course of the menstrual cycle. More than 100 symptoms are recognised. They can be divided into two broad categories: physical symptoms (bloating, cramps, breast pain, digestive problems, headaches, back and/or muscle pain, etc.) and psychological symptoms (anxiety, unusual irritability or edginess, food cravings or urges, unusual fatigue, poor sleep, feelings of sadness or depression, inability to concentrate, etc.).
